Founded by designer, diver, and educator Marcus Doshi, CollaborationOS draws on nearly 30 years of experience designing for multinational theatre and opera companies, including Broadway; 13 years teaching at Northwestern University; and, most recently, the unforgiving discipline of technical and cave diving. That blend of theatrical precision, diving discipline, and academic rigor provides a rare vantage point on how trust, timing, and clarity turn pressure into performance—and how to teach those skills so others can do the same.
