Discovery (fit + framing)

Every project starts with a Discovery Call (Fit + Framing). If the fit is right, we decide together what level of engagement makes sense — a Sprint, Uplift, Workshop, Keynote, or Coaching partnership.

Sprints and Uplifts run the full Diagnose → Implement → Evaluate cycle; Workshops, Keynotes, and Coaching provide targeted acceleration or ongoing reinforcement.
