WhAT WE DO

At CollaborationOS, we train teams to operate like high-performance units in environments where failure isn’t an option. Our methodology is built on Marcus Doshi’s experience across three pillars: nearly thirty years designing for Broadway and opera worldwide, thirteen years as a professor at Northwestern University focused on how people learn best, and, most recently, the unforgiving world of technical and cave scuba diving.

Teaching isn’t just something we offer—it’s one of our core strengths. And whether it’s the pressure of a Broadway opening night or a dive deep underground, Marcus has learned that success under pressure doesn’t come from luck. It comes from training.

We see collaboration as a team’s safety system. When it’s aligned, the team performs under the toughest circumstances; when it’s not, failure is inevitable. We don’t teach “soft skills.” We train collaboration that prevents hard failures. Using proven, actionable tools, we recalibrate teams to eliminate burnout, turf wars, confusion, and last-minute heroics, transforming dysfunction into resilient, world-class performance. And because collaboration isn’t just about people but also the systems that support them, we help teams integrate processes—SOPs, checklists, workflows—so the system becomes part of the team itself.

When your team is trained to collaborate under pressure, success is the only option.
